Serve as a mentor to other LifeWays affiliates
Increase involvement in LifeWays North America
Increase teaching offerings for the LifeWays Training

In September, I officially took on the role of admistrator and center director for LifeWays of
Wisconsin. As director, I will work with my colleagues and mentors to continue to enhance our
program. I will also maintain my role as the KinderHouse teacher at LifeWays. In addition to the
joyful experience of working with the children, I believe continuing my position as a teacher will help
me understand the day to day reality of young children in a child-care program. This, in turn, will
help me relate to parents, staff and students that I instruct and mentor in the LifeWays training. I will
also begin working in a larger capacity with our parent-organization LifeWays North America. I will
extend my work with LifeWays North America by officially mentoring LifeWays Training students,
guiding them through their coursework in addition to visiting their sites and offering support and
suggestions. I hope to offer more workshops at our center and publish a book with LifeWays North
America. In addition, I intend to continue to enroll in Waldorf and LifeWays seminars, workshops and
conferences regularly.
