Call to Order: A regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Sutherland Springs Condominium Association
was held at VanBeeks condominium on July 28, 2014. The meeting convened at 6:30 pm., President
Norm Thurkettle presiding; Julie Sweers, Secretary. !

Members of the Board in attendance: Steve Barnard, Sherry Bava, Karen Jenkins, Julie Sweers, Norm
Thurkettle, Dave VanBeek, and Jack Wabeke. !
Members absent: None!
Visitors in attendance: Bob Huizen, Collen Johnson, John Hoeksema!
Issues expressed:!
Johnson and Hoeksema addressed the board concerning the pet policy.!
Approval of Agenda: The agenda for the meeting was approved.!

A. VanBeek presented the budget and profit and loss statements. !

A. Policy: Formation of an advisory environmental control committee to support and !

Advisory Committee be asked to provide the board with a draft of a landscape !

A. Bids for paving and patching the holes in the roads and drives!

Motion: Moved by Wabeke and seconded that the association accept the bid !

from Harding Enterprises for filling the cracks in the roads and driveways and !

patching nine corners of driveways for $3080.!

Wabeke signed a contract for All Gutter Systems to install the gutter screens.!
