O Lord enter not into judgement with thy servant, neither in thine

anger take vengeance on my Iniquities, nor chastise me in thy heavy

displeasure, but spare me O Lord, be merciful unto me, pardon and
forgive me all my sins, and confirm me in thy Holy Spirit.
O Lord show thy mercy upon me, and grant me thy salvation. Defend
me O God from my enemies, and graciously look upon my afflictions;
Pitifully behold the sorrows of my heart and mercifully forgive me of my
transgressions. O God make clean my heart within me, and take not
thy Holy Spirit from me, favorably with mercy hear my prayers, and let
my cry come unto thee.
Almighty God, who hates nothing that you have made, and do forgive
the sins of all that are penitent; create in me a new and contrite heart,
that I by the unfeigned repentance, lamentation of my sins, and
acknowledgment my wretchedness, may obtain of thee O God all
mercy, perfect remission and forgiveness.
O Lord from whom all holy desires, all good counsels and all just works
do proceed, give unto me thy humble servant, whose obedience
present my self in holy fear, and on the knees of humility your grace
that I may always enjoy and be comforted in thy merciful benignity,
and blessings. O Lord guide, and defend me from all evils, and
graciously illuminate me with true Wisdom, and fill me with thy
spiritual benedictory and heavenly grace, that I may live in thy fear,
and die in thy favor, and after this life, to live with thee in thine
everlasting kingdom, unto whom be all honor, glory, praise and
thanksgiving for ever and ever, Amen.
Give us O Lord watchful hearts, that no envious or evil cogitations may
lead us away from thee, give us noble & upright hearts, that no
unworthy affection nor sinister intention may draw us downwards, give
us invincible hearts, that no tribulation may overcome us, give us
understanding truly to know thee, diligence to seek thee, evidence to
find thee, conversation to please thee, perseverance faithfully to
expect thee, & assured confidence to embrace thee, & after this life to
live with thee, in thy everlasting Kingdom, where there is certain
security, serene Eternity, eternal felicity, & most happy tranquillity, O
merciful God, we humbly beseech thee to grant these our humble
Supplications & petitions, which we unfainedly make unto thee. Behold
O Lord be it unto us, as in mercy it pleaseth thee, & thy holy
ministering Angels, we require nothing but thee & through thee & to
thy honour, & glory. Amen.
