    Question: What are the conflicts between generation X and generation Y due

    to technological advancement?
    For Gen Y technology is very important in their life and work, they tend to adopt
    new technologies for socializing and working
    Gen Y wants to use mobile technology during meetings rather than pad and pencil,
    they thinks that the use of technology can helps them easily, but Gen X who arent
    used to these technologies, may perceive these actions to be rude.
    Thus, Gen X thinks that their culture is headed out of the door due to technological
    advancement which creates conflicts between X and Y generations.
    The above said problems increase the generation gap which makes difficult for
    both the generation to communicate and work effectively in a same environment.
    Thus, the solution is to close the generation gap by helping the Gen x people in
    using the new technologies.
