IT SERVICES FLOW

1) IC DESIGN SERVICE
The first step is the electronic system-level design. This step creates the
user functional specification. The second step is the RTL design, wherein it
converts the user specification into a registered transfer level (RTL)
description. The third step is the physical design, wherein it takes the RTL,
and a library of available logic gates, and creates a chip design.
2. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
In this service, the company will use different approaches depending
on the clients needs or wants. But first, the company will obtain the clients
information or requirements, then design the software based on the specifications
provided. After the design is the construction of the software. Then, they test the
design made. After testing is the debugging, then the deployment of the software.
Last is maintenance.

3. Outsourcing
In outsourcing, the Company will enter an agreement with their client. Then,
the company will perform the services agreed upon by both parties, such as but not
limited to:

include a computer for each agent, a telephoneset/headset connected to a telecom switch, and one
or more supervisor stations. It can be independently operated or networked with additional centres,
often linked to a corporate computer network, including mainframes, microcomputers and LANs.
Increasingly, the voice and data pathways into the centre are linked through a set of new
technologies called computer telephony integration.
The contact centre is a central point from which all customer contacts are managed. Through contact
centres, valuable information about company are routed to appropriate people, contacts to be
tracked and data to be gathered. It is generally a part of companyscustomer relationship
management.
