In terms of financial accomplishment, the program


has allocated a total of p6g4,3 million

Beyond the establishment of micrb-enterprises


as immediate result, some pAMANA-sLp
projects have also generated jobs. For example,
the sLP Associations in the municipality
of
Kalamansig, sultan Kudarat have generated jobs
for 85 individuals, 58 males and27 females.

As of september 2015, there are a total of 846 billboards


installed for completed projects.
These billboards have been installed through counterparr
contribution of the LGUs where

B. ISSUES/CONCERNS
B. 1 Project Managelment

The 2015 funds for the implementation of sLP third


cycle projects have been directly released
by DBM to the DSWD Field offices. However, as
funds are pooled in rhe Field

offices and

cash is consumed by other projects that are developed


and approved earlier, there were points

when cash became insufficient to cover PAMANA project


proposals, particularly in Sield
Office X.

In a monitoring visit conducted by the stP-NPMo


focal person, it was found that the
