1. All applying families must be approved

and pre-registered. See your social service
provider to register online.
2. Bring the attached TTF coupon to your

3. Only families who are pre-registered
will be served on Wednesday, Dec. 16 or the morning
of Thursday, Dec. 17, On the afternoon of Dec. 17 you
must bring a valid social service ID card as well as a
photo ID to apply in person.
