A FEW WORDS FROM OUR FORMER

PROJECT COORDINATORS
I have officially been working at ABC Family/Disney
for 2 months. I like the people Im working with and
having fun. We do a lot of client entertainment so I
get to take clients out to lunch to spas, etc . . . (rough
life, huh?) My internship led me to receive this position
and for that I am very thankful.
Amelia Anderson, IWU,
Class of 2011
I called Paul & Liz from my Michigan Avenue office to
thank them. During my internships with them over 3
consecutive semesters, I was able to gain experience in
a wide variety of projects that helped me secure this
position, and now benefits me in my career at SmithBucklin.
Martha OHanlon, ISU,
Class of 2010
"I learned more in my time with the Great Plains LIFE
Foundation than I have from any other internship.
Being able to help these kids have a better future and
working with Paul and Liz made the time I spent at
the foundation worth every minute."

Over the past four months, I have been given

various responsibilities, projects, tasks, bits of
advice, life lessons, and most importantly
unwavering support and encouragement from
Paul and Liz.
Angela Rotta, IWU,
Class of 2010
I cannot thank you both enough for all the help
you have provided me through the experience I
gained interning with you, as well as helping me
go after and get this position after graduation.

I did an internship at the Great Plains LIFE

Foundation as an undergrad, and had such a great
experience that I came back as a grad student. This is
an open work environment that fosters creativity and
feedback. It was invaluable to me and certainly
played a role in helping me obtain my position as
Public Relations Coordinator for the Peoria Civic
Center.
