Term Project

Every three students have to submit the following items in

their term project:
Project Summary:
A brief description of the project objectives and participates (owner, consultant and contractor) and
the relationship between them (contract type).
Assigned budget and duration of the project. In addition to project main constraints and obstacles.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):
A complete project breakdown structure of the project work packages. Also, the coding of the WBS,
with reasonable classification.
Project Scheduling:
A detail project schedule for all project work packages including; par chart, critical path and
relationships using MS. Project 2013.
Project Costs and Resources Sheets:
All resources required to implement the project work packages including; human resources, materials
and equipment. Also, the cost of all those resources and the cash flow of the project using MS.
Project 2013.
Project Reports:

All reports about schedule, cost and resources in the project, to reflect the actual states of the project
using MS. Project 2013.
Project Tracking:
A tracked schedule of the project up to the medial of the duration and progress line with all available
indicators.

Note: all the above items must be submitted before 30/11/2015, in hard and soft copies.
