CT called on girl/girl/girl/girl investigate ways to call on a variety of


students.

CT is knowledgeable of the content. Be sure to clarify with MT how to


demonstrate so that you do not have to ask the MT during the lesson. Be
confident I know you are learning keep working!

Some students did not understand some of the directions; MT modeled


how to address misunderstanding
I was worried that CT would have too soft a voice; however, she uses her
teacher voice most of the time. Students are able to hear.

CT was monitoring and answering questions, directing students to correct


folder/page. Students are responsive to her.

Student Reflection/Plan:
MT will continue to model as needed with some co-teaching and then model
teaching in the AM with CT teaching lesson in the PM

MT is very aware when to step in to help clarify or to redirect students, providing a


good model for how to manage a classroom successfully.
Practice using document camera so that students can see what you are doing.
Met with principal, Robin Human, after visiting CT/MT. She will also observe CT
in classroom.
