willing to recap if any student faced any difficulty.

Comments or reasons for scoring above: There was no differentiation made for the different
levels of the students however the lower ability students still tried to finish the task given
to them.

Comments or reasons for scoring above: Thekrayat was not aware of pacing and ensuring
that the lesson finished on time. She used a variety of teaching strategies to keep the
children engaged with the given task.

Comments or reasons for scoring above: As Thekrayats starts to know each student her
confidence grows so she starts to give feedback during the lesson. She still however has
not got to the stage of using summative assessment.

Please add specific comments about the student teachers observed strengths
relative to their area of focus during this session and identify areas in which you
feel further development is necessary.

Thekrayat has made a good effort as this is her first observation. She has worked
hard to build a relationship with the students and is trying out a variety of teaching
strategies. She is beginning to make her own worksheets and putting together
power points to make the lesson easier for students to understand plus be able to
look at visuals during the lesson.
The main problem is that she over exceeds the time and doesnt finish the lesson
and rushes to do what is left for homework. Her approach to classroom
management is quite good and is able to get them to look at her in a few seconds.
