I found it very hard to put comments etc. in your published docs so Ill put them here.
Your adaptations for all three lessons are sensibly and very inclusive. You have considered all three
of their abilities and have provided support without excluding them from working with others. I
particularly liked that although you have mentioned the use of other assistants in the class (and this is
a good idea) you have always included yourself as a person who will work with Kai, River and Rory.
In each of you main lessons they are mentioned as well as in their own columns. Your presentation
would have been easier for us to mark in word, but it looks as though it could be useful to you in a
classroom situation. Im sure too that there are other students who would also benefit from some of
the supported learning you are suggesting for Kai, River and Rory. It was also good to note that it
looks as though you understand how PECS could work for Kai and that you have really provided
different levels and styles of differentiation for all three students. It was also good to see your safety
considerations as well as the assessment and reflections in your general lesson plan and that you
have made sure to keep them in your mind when completing the reflections and assessment parts by
specifically mentioning them in your plans.
Had you made one more section you would have been able to do some of the overarching issues in
more detail and Im sure you would have mentioned your text as well as being more explicit about
things like legislation, behaviour etc., but your plans do provide evidence of understanding these
aspects too.
