ASSOCIATES, Wheels Building, No. 222 E. Rodriguez Sr., Ave., Quezon City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:
1. That I am the Liason Officer of Atty. Maria Lourdes P. Garcia, of the above referred
law firm and counsel for the petitioner;
