Please follow the instruction step by

step

1. STEP NUMBER 1: Lose the COLLAR (A) by removing the Allen bolts below
the collar. Also lose the NUT (B) of both the SCREWS(C).

2. STEP NUMBER 2: Hit 3 to 4 times by big hammer [with strength] on the

top of the screw as shown in diagram to both the SCREWS(C)
3. STEP NUMBER 3: Tight NUT (B)[ just touch ,dont tight hard] of both the
SCREWS(C)
4. STEP NUMBER 4: Tight the COLLAR (A) to NUT (B). After it touches NUT
(B) ,take 1 Revolution back match the P.C.D [their should be 0.5mm to
1mm gap between COLLAR (A) and NUT (B) ] and tight the COLLAR(A) by
Allen bolts to both the SCREWS(C).
5. STEP NUMBER 5: Remove the chain from by sprockets.
NOW THE FURTHER STEPS ARE ONLY TO BE DONE TO ANY ONE SCREW.
6. STEP NUMBER 6: Make a marking by chock on one teeth of Sprocket
MARKING 1 and another marking MARKING 2 exactly below the MARKING
1.
7. STEP NUMBER 7: Rotate the SPROCKET(C) Clockwise or Anticlockwise
wherever it turns by using a pin at the hole in the NUT (B). When the
sprocket stops Rotating now make a marking MARKING 3 exactly above
MARKING 2.
8. STEP NUMBER 8: Now count the number of teeths between MARKING 1
and MARKING 3.Then make a marking MARKING 4 on center of MARKING
1 and MARKING 3.
9. STEP NUMBER 9: Now rotate the SPROCKET (3) so that MARKING 4 will
come exactly above MARKING 2.
10. STEP NUMBER 10: Now tight the chain on SPROCKET (C) and start the
machine.
