Abby gave pre-made Lasagna for Cy and left it in the freezer. She left instruction on how to cook
it in the oven.
Instructions:
Simply
take
out
the
uncooked
lasagna
of
the
refrigerator. Pre-heat the oven at 300F. When the
internal temperature of the dish has the same reading
as the room temperature which is 72F you may place
it in the oven. After leaving it for twenty minutes,
the internal temperature will be 83F. The Lasagna
will be ready when the internal temperature rises at
165F. Then let it cool for about 5 minutes before
cutting.
Cy questions, Will I be able to eat at 7:30 my usual dinner time? How long will I wait
for the lasagna to be ready if I start at 5:30?
