    Unscrew2xbolts(1)

    4. AttachEN46730inconjunctionwithKM9561totoothedbeltdrivegear
    Tighten4xbolts
    5. Detachtoothedbeltdrivegear
    Unscrewbolt

    Note:Lefthandedthread
    CounterholdwithEN47630(1)incombinationwithKM9561(2)
    RemovetoothedbeltdrivegearwithEN47630

    6. RemoveribbedVbelttensioner(1)
    TensionribbedVbelttensionerwithKM913A
    RemoveKM6349
    Unscrewbolt(2)

    7. Removeoilpump
    Unscrew8xbolt(arrows)
    Removecrankshaftsealring(1)

    Install
    8. Clean9xthread
    9. Installoilpump
    Insertnewgasket
    Important:Beforefastening,alignoilpumphousingwiththesealingsurfacesoftheoilpanon
    cylinderblock
    Tighten7xbolt9Nm
    Coat5xbolt(M6x20)withlockingcompound(red)
    Note:Cleanthreadbeforereusingandinsertboltwithlockingcompound(red).The
    maximuminstallationtimeincludingtorquecheckis10minutes.
    Screwstudbolt(1)ofEN46788intobore

    10. InstalloilpumpsealringwithEN46793(1)

    11. InstallribbedVbelttensioner
    Tightenbolt50Nm
    12. Replacetoothedbeltdrivegear
    PutonwithEN47630
    Tightenbolt340Nm
    Note:Lefthandedthread
    CounterholdwithEN47630
    RemoveEN47630
    13. DetachEN46730andKM9561fromtoothedbeltdrivegear
    Unscrew4xbolts
    14. Installoilintakepipe
    Replaceseal
    Tighten2xbolts
