In consideration of USD/ VND ___________ as per final payment under the CONTRACT, the
CONTRACTOR hereby unconditionally releases and forever discharges CLIENT and CLIENT
premises and property from all claims, liens and obligations of every nature arising out of or in
connections with performance of the CONTRACT and all amendments thereto.
The CONTRACT agrees to indemnify and hold CLIENT harmless form and against all cost,
losses, damages, claims from any cause of action, judgements and expenses, including legal
costs arising out of or in connections with claims against CLIENT which claims arise of the
supply of GOODS on the Delivery Time: DD/MM/YYYY under the CONTRACT and which
may be asserted by CONTRACTOR or any of its sub-Contractors or any of their representatives,
officers, agents or employees.
The foregoing shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of his obligations under the provision of the
CONTRACTOR, which by their nature survive completion of supplying GOODS including,
without limitation, warranties, guarantees and indemnities.
