Change in the Annual Calendar of Corporate Events

Postponement of the Annual Public Meeting with Analysts

Rio de Janeiro, December 2, 2015 ENEVA S.A. In Judicial Recovery (ENEVA or Company)
(BM&FBovespa: ENEV3, GDR I: ENEVY), in compliance with the provisions of item 6.6.1 of the Novo Mercado
Listing Rules of BM&FBovespa S.A. Stock Exchange, Commodities and Futures, informs its shareholders and
the market in general that, on the date hereof, has changed its Annual Calendar of Corporate Events, due to
the change on the date of the Companys Public Meeting with Analysts, from December 4, 2015 to April 2016,
after the disclosure of the 2015 year-end earnings results. At that time, ENEVA will be able to provide all
necessary clarification on the completion of the steps provided for in its Judicial Recovery Plan and also on its
future outlook.
The date of the Public Meeting with Analysts has been changed in order to ensure quality in the disclosure of
information to be provided to shareholders and the market in view of the recent implementation of the last
step of the Company's Judicial Recovery Plan, which consisted in a capital increase and the consequent change
in the Companys shareholding structure.
The updated 2015 Annual Calendar of Corporate Events is available on the websites of CVM Brazilian
Securities and Exchange Commission (www.cvm.gov.br), BM&FBovespa (www.bmfbovespa.com.br) and
Companys investor relations (ir.eneva.com.br).
ENEVA will keep its shareholders and the market informed on the developments related to the matters of this
