At room temperature, CV SuperForce thermal nickel titanium wire is
consistently soft, and makes ligation easier for you and more comfortable
for the patient. Highly responsive to chilling, the wire can be softened even
further so the most difficult cases can be ligated quickly and easily. The
force of the wire is directly between that of Elastinol nickel titanium SE
and Therm-A-Form ULTRA thermal nickel titanium archwires.
Characteristics of CV SuperForce include:
Sizes

Ideal for adult patients with significant crowding, and for early- to mid-stage
treatment with moderate to severe crowding
Easy to engage because of the thermal properties
Light and continuous forces, utilizing shape memory and super elastic property to
move teeth
Etched center marks, three marks on uppers and one mark on lowers
Heat activation transforms the wire to a super elastic state at 65-75 F (18-24 C)
Available in the Natural archform
