2070: Introduction to Human Nutrition as well as Food and Nutrition 2100: Fundamentals of food science. Working oneon-one as a tutor and in a large group setting with up to 150 students as a Supplemental Instructor. Over 1200 hours of
contact with students assisting them in deeper understanding of the information and improving study skills.

related to food and health and have helped developed my speaking skills and knowledge on how to council and assist others.
