Find 10 FACTS about your topic and write them in COMPLETE sentences
Media Component Video or Audio recording to accompany presentation
Bibliography 2 or more credible sources, in correct MLA format
o Cite your media component in your bibliography!
1 Page (Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, double spaced) written response on your topic.
This response may answer the following questions:
o What about this topic interested you?
o Why is the topic meaningful to you?

50 Points for this Assignment

15 Points Facts: must be accurate (NOT opinions), written in complete sentences, void
of errors, and are in your own words
5 Points Media component: Must be relevant and appropriate. Be prepared to explain
significance.
5 Points Bibliography: 2+ sources plus media component, accurately formatted
(alphabetical order, 2nd line of each citation indented, etc.)
20 Points Written Response: Must meet length requirement, well thought out, will be
graded for grammar and syntax
5 Points Presentation: Speaks audibly, is thorough in discussing topic, knowledge of
topic is evident, professionalism
This is a required assignment for Honors Choir members. Students will complete and
present this assignment on a volunteer basis. In the event that no one volunteers, Mrs.
Carbone will choose a student for the week.
