Black Death Research Project

Your job is to research the Black Death, or another disease of

your choice, and explain how that disease changed history.
You will need to research a disease that has had major
impacts on society, historically or currently. Think about
major diseases that have changed a society or the way
people live. Some examples are: The Black Death, AIDS, Mad
Cow, Smallpox, Syphilis, and the Influenza. You need to
report on the basics: who did it impact, what happened as a
result, where did this diseases impact and why were the
impacts so major. You may work in pairs. You will need to
present your findings to the class. You can make a slide
show, a poster, and video or any other way you can think of
to convey the information as long as it is discussed first with
the teacher. You will have two class periods to work on this
project and will then present to the class.
