Skills & Abilities

MANAGEMENT
Throughout my various employments I have worked my way or have been hired into leadership
positions. At my current employment I am trained as a Subject Mater Expert (SME), I have always
been dedicated to any current employment and applied myself to the full extent, while looking for
additional duties to take on.
SALES
I have been in various sales positions where I have learned different customer service and sales
approaches. It has been a great experience to learn other approaches and tools that have been
provided by my former employments.
COMMUNICATION
Currently I am in a customer service role which includes speaking to at least 50 people a day, with
the various quality aspects in play I have learned how to communicate to various people in a
professional manor. As well as initiating and problem solving. I have learned various techniques as
well through my previous college course work as well.
LEADERSHIP
I feel as if I have always been a confident person and have displayed this throughout my previous
and current roles. My ambition has helped me to expedite my goals to further my basic role into a
leadership position where people can rely on me. I have always been loyal to my teammates and to
leadership, knowing to have discussions versus arguing.

Experience
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT| SUTTER PHYSICIAN SERVICES | FEBRUARY 2015-PRESENT
Expert in multiple aspects of the company, I am not limited into doing one job. A few of my
responsibilities include coaching my peers being a resource for knowledge and policies. I have taken
on other duties that are not required of me for my current job description.

One of my responsibilities was to teach contact lens classes, showing potential contact lens patients
how to properly put in a contact. More duties include contact lens stock, coaching, and daily
scheduling for duties among the team.
