CHOCO BALLS

We would be needing:
Ingredients
Ace Choco Munch [[ 1 pack ]]
Condensed Milk [[ 1 can]]
Dessicated Coconut [[ as many as you want ]]
Things
Pang-durog
Bowl [[ large ]]
Whisk / Fork
Plate
Plastic Gloves / Hands
Refrigerator
Procedures
- Durog-in the 1 pack of Ace Choco Munch.
- Put it on the bowl.
- Pour all the Condensed Milk on the bowl.
- Mix it using a Whisk / Fork. Make sure they are mixed well.
- Pour Dessicated Coconut as many as you want.
- Using your plastic gloves / hands, roll the choco mixture. Put it on a plate.
- Put it on the refrigerator.

WINDOWS CATHEDRAL
Ingredients
1 90 gram package strawberry gelatin
1 90 gram package green gelatin

1 90 gram package orange gelatin

1 envelope ( 1 tablespoon) clear unflavored gelatin

1 cup water, divided

2 tablespoon refined sugar

1 small can (170 grams) all-purpose or thickened cream

3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Directions
1. Prepare each gelatin per package directions, except for the clear gelatin. Pour each prepared
gelatin into a square or rectangular pan and allow to set until firm. Cut into 1/2- inch cubes. Set
aside

2. Soften clear unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water. Boil remaining 3/4 cup water with the 2
tablespoons sugar. Add the softened gelatin. Cool to warm temperature.
3. Whip cream with the 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar. Slowly blend in the warm clear gelatin.
4. Fold the cubed flavored/colored gelatin into the cream mixture.
5. Pour into the desired mold and chill until set.

Ingredients
3 packs assorted flavored gulaman (lime, orange, strawberry or lemon) and prepared according to
package directions.
4 packs unflavored gulaman powder
1 can Carnation Condensada
3 cups water
1 cup Carnation Evap
1/8 tsp vanilla (optional)
sugar
Procedures:
Cut assorted flavored gulaman into cubes and set aside.
In a pan, place Carnation Condensada, Carnation Evap and other remaining ingredients and cook over
medium heat until gulaman is totally dissolved. Pour into 12 individual serving molds or 1 12-cup capacity
mold or bowl. Place enough flavored gulaman approximately 1/2 cup over each mold. Let cool and chill
until set and ready to serve.
