My signature assignment reflection
What did you learn be creating the signature assignment? Be specific with respect to your
work on the assignment and the topics/skills/concepts you learned in the course. Psychology has
always been one of the hardest subjects that I have taken in school and yet so interesting too
because of that, there were times that I would feel like dropping the class because I thought I will
never understand psychology and I started giving up on trying. But after completing my first
signature assignment which I thought I wouldnt be able to do, it felt good knowing that I finally
understood the assignment also opened up my mind to better understanding in psychology. I
have learned plenty of things in the signature assignment but what I though was totally
interesting was about how the left and right brain work. I did not know that the left brain was in
charge of my mathematic, languages and thinking in words. Thats means when I dont do well
in math or getting the languages, I know where its coming from. Also I did not know that my
right brain was in charge of my creativity, imagination and feelings. After I completed my second
signature assignment, I did not just learn something about my behavior but I also learned how to
change it. I used I have some anger issued but I learned how to come over it by using negative
punishment/ positive punishment and negative reinforcement/ positive reinforcement. What I
learned in the course. This honestly helped me and it was actually fun doing it. Although some of
the assignments was extremely hard for me to overcome, and the end I did it and am proud of
that.
