The baby's( Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Kimi )

The babies can be considered a discourse community because the babies

have their own language that only they and Angelica can understand.

Another reason that they can be considered a discourse community is

because usually their goal was to have adventures and have fun on a
daily basis.

Another reason why they are a discoursed community is because to enter

their community you must be a baby have mutual respect for each other
and have a wide range of imagination.

Jocks

All jocks in general

The reasons why jocks can be considered a discourse community is because:

To get Into the community you have to get into sports

The language used in their conversations are a combination of slang and regular
words, you must speak that way in order to fit it with them.

Their goal is to win and help each other achieve their goals

Their values are to always be a team never just act as a single person

The ability to become an athlete does not necessarily mean you have to be good at
sports , just having the simple ability to participate in such said sports makes you
what is considered an athlete.

Job

Jobs( Walgreens, Walmart, ECT.) can be considered discourse

community because:

To join the community you must be in the job.

The language used is professional.

Must wear a specific uniform.

Their goals are to serve the customer right, give the best customer
satisfaction, and always complete tasks given by the manager.

Some values that make the job fit in as a discourse community are to be on
time and used wisely.
