Salary increment request

Respected Sir,
This is Mohd.Arif Basha working as a Mechanical Engineer
in North area (M.O.H Project, Arar infrastructure).
I am working in Dar al Riyadh since 4 Years. I have
total 11 years experience.
My newly contract (sponsor change to DAR) on 18-November
2013, as In my interview told that I would receive a
salary increment After finishing the contract, now My 2
Years contract going to finish on NOV 2015. So I would
be very grateful if you could look into the matter.
