In relation to the essay, to learn how to be happy, one will have to know what
brings unhappiness. An individual must understand the causes of suffering, which
this is fully explained in this chapter of the book. Suffering is classified in the book
as a range of strain, disappointment, worry, frustrations, stress, anger, dismay,
trauma, loneliness and sorrow. In the essay, the causes of suffering and ways to
avoid suffering will be explained. Less suffering will bring more happiness

authors ideas? I will talk directly more the causes on of being unhappy
and negativity. Not focused that much on Psychology.

the brain is capable of anything by mind. One quote in the book is When your
mind changes, your brain changes too. The opening statement for the chapter.
This section gives many facts about the brain and how to open your and alter the
brain. This relates to the essay by which I am going to talk about your mindset is
important on how to be happy. The mind and brain is well connected.

Chapter 4 in the book is titled Taking in the Good. This chapter is selfexplanatory; its on taking in the good parts in life. According to Buddhisms
Eightfold Path, you should create, preserve and increase beneficial memories and
eliminate the bad memories. How this relates to my essay is I am going to talk
about how to be happy, taking in the good deeply applies. Negative memories and
negative thoughts brings you down, it really affects your outlook on life.

happiness is how satisfied you fell overall and on a daily basis. In my essay, I will
