Comparison KJV/Septuagint

Septuagint
1:1 In the beginning God made the heaven and the earth.
KJV
GEN 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
The Septuagint upholds evolution
In verse 1, the Septuagint says God made
Which may seem slight, but that implies they were formed by substances already in existence.
The Heaven and the Earth were CREATED on DAY ONE.

------------------------------Septuagint
GEN 1:2 But the earth was unsightly and unfurnished, and darkness was over the deep,
and the Spirit of God moved over the water.
KJV
GEN 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
This passage mocks the Word of God.
Unsightly is an insulting word.
Gods creation was GOOD, not UNSIGHTLY.
What a terrible insult.
The earth was formless, and empty.
Not unsightly.
Definition of unsightly;
Ugly, gross, revolting, displeasing, hideous, horrible, distasteful, horrible
-------------------------------Septuagint
GEN 1:4 And God saw the light that it was good, and God divided between the light and the darkness.
KJV
GEN 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Didnt catch this one at first, but the Septuagint has a third place.
The KJV says God divided LIGHT FROM DARKNESS.
2 Places,
Septuagint says God divided BETWEEN THE LIGHT AND THE DARKNESS.
This is slight, but God is coming again to divide light from darkness,
Where is the place between light and darkness? Could this be upholding purgatory?
----------------------------------

Septuagint
GEN 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night,
and there was evening and there was morning, the first day.
GEN 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.
And the evening and the morning were the first day.
The Septuagint tells us there was an evening and a morning on the first day,
But doesnt tell us when that was.
The KJV tells us EVENING AND THE MORING WERE THE FIRST DAY.
Again, the Septuagint is vague, and one would be able to uphold that the earth was not created in 6 literal
days.
-----------------Septuagint
GEN 3:1 NOW the serpent was the most crafty of all the brutes on the earth, which the Lord God made,
and the serpent said to the woman, Wherefore has God said, Eat not of every tree of the garden?
King James Bible
GEN 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made.
And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
The Septuagint upholds SIN NATURE, and accuses God of evil
God didnt make brutes. God made beasts. Animals.
Not a BRUTE. The Devil was not created evil. He was created good, and beautiful, and then sin
Was found in him. Pride, and he wanted to be worshipped.
The definition of a BRUTE
A cruel, savagely violent person, unpleasant, insensitive, mean.
The Septuagint accuses God of evil
-----------------

Septuagint
GEN 3:6 And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes to look
upon and beautiful to contemplate, and having taken of its fruit she ate, and she gave to her husband also
with her, and they ate.
KJV
GEN 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes,
and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her
husband with her; and he did eat.
The Septuagint hides Eves sin. She desired wisdom apart from God.
tree to be desired to make one wise, Satan tempted her with your eyes will be opened.
She allowed herself to be tempted by Satan, because she desired wisdom apart from her husband, and
apart from God.
The Septuagint makes God appear evil, and lessening what Eve did by changing a tree to be desired to
make one wise
To beautiful to contemplate.
Eve desired to know good from evil, and wisdom apart from her spiritual authority and God.
But the Septuagint makes it look as though she only wanted to eat a beautiful piece of fruit, and makes
her appear innocent.
-------------------------

Septuagint:
Amos 3:3
Shall two walk together at all, if they do not know one another?
King James Version
AMOS 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

The Septuagint lets anyone walk together, as long as they know one another,
But the King James, does not allow those who are not in agreement to walk together.
The instruction of the King James Bible is correct.
The Septuagint promotes chaos.

----------------------------------------------------Septuagint:
Job 2:9
And when much time had passed, his wife said to him, How long wilt thou hold out, saying,
Behold, I wait yet a little while, expecting the hope of my deliverance? for, behold, thy
memorial is abolished from the earth, [even thy] sons and daughters, the pangs and pains of my
womb which I bore in vain with sorrows; and thou thyself sittest down to spend the nights in
the open air among the corruption of worms, and I am a wanderer and a servant from place to
place and house to house, waiting for the setting of the sun, that I may rest from my labours and
my pangs which now beset me: but say some word against the Lord, and die.
JOB 2:9
Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.
Where did all those extra words come from in the Septuagint?
The Septuagint again seems to make God appear evil, and dredges up sympathy for Jobs Wife.
Man is not to add to the Word of God, and

Septuagint
Genesis
6:12 And the Lord God saw the earth, and it was corrupted; because all flesh had
corrupted its way upon the earth.
GEN 6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had
corrupted his way upon the earth.
No, all flesh corrupted Gods way upon the earth,
And that was why they were destroyed.
This slight of the Word of God is a great error.
If man only corrupted Its way, then man is not to blame,
They were made that way in the first place.
God would not be fair again, destroying mankind for only corrupting
Their own way,
God destroyed man for corrupting HIS WAY.

Does the Septuagint deny the deity of Jesus Christ?

Septuagint
Isaiah 9:6
For a child is born to us, and a son is given to us, whose government is upon his shoulder, and
his name is called the messenger of great counsel,
< wonderful counsellor, mighty God, potentate, prince of peace, father of the age to come >*:
for I will bring peace upon the princes, and health to him.
King James Bible
Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his
shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The
everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
The Septuagint denies the deity of Jesus Christ is with this footnote:

*This text is missing from the translation.

Casting doubt on the TRUE IDENTITY of Jesus Christ calling all the above text in parenthesis
On Jesus Christ being God, as MISSING from the text.
The answer is YES, The Septuagint denies the deity of Jesus Christ,
Calling him a messenger
A messenger was an angel.
Jesus Christ is GOD.
Not a messenger of God.
His name is called the messenger of great counsel??
No HE IS THE WONDERFUL COUNSELLOR!!
It is blasphemous to call Jesus Christ a part of His Creation.
And to call Him an angel.
To which of the angels has he ever called His Son?
Anyone reading from this is reading blasphemy.
Toss it out, it will damn your soul.
