a1. In cooker put mustard oil and heat for 2 minutes.

2. Cut half pyaj to small, one tomato to small and half aloo.
3. Put jeera, hinga, pyaj, kadi patta and fry till pyaj turns slight brown (5 minutes).
4. Put tomato and fry (2 minutes).
5. Put aloo and haldi, namak, garam masala, dhaniya powder, red mirch (1 minute).
6. Put 2 small bowl water in dal and put dal inside the cooker.
7. Close lid and put 3-4 siti.
8. Put rice in separate bowl and 2 bowl water and heat.
9. Check rice if cooked.
