UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES OPEN UNIVERSITY BAC RESOLUTION NO. 15-086 WHEREAS, the UP Open University Bids and Awards Committee (UPOU BAC) posted the Invitation to Bid for “Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment” in the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhiIGEPS) for seven days and continuously at the UP Open University (UPOU) website; WHEREAS, in response to the said postings, three bidders, namely, iEquity Technologies, Corporation; Columbia Technologies, Inc.; and Automation Specialist and Power Exponents, Incorporated (ASPEX, INC.), purchased bid documents; WHEREAS, during the opening of bids on 10 September 2015, the bids of iEquity Technologies, Corporation and Automation Specialist and Power Exponents, Incorporated (ASPEX, INC.) were ‘opened.
