Meeting Minutes
a. Use attached template to take minutes.
b. Send in minutes to Google Drive via this link:

c. Minutes must be turned in by Friday at 5 each week.
Data Trackers
a. Have an assigned data collector in each PLC.
b. Data Collector is responsible for collecting trackers from
all members.
c. Data Collector fills out data summary sheet for the next
PLC meeting.
d. Data Summary sheet is posted to the Google Drive as
well.
Meeting Agendas
a. Team lead should create a weekly agenda
b. Email the agenda to all members 24 hours prior and
copy Mr. French and Ms. Wallace (new academic
facilitator).
Planning
a. PLCs should plan common units that maintain the same
standards for all teachers.
b. Though the instruction will be different based on the
teacher and the class, the standards taught for each
unit should be the same.
c. Units should be planned with a backwards planning
design.
