3. For each item you checked above, describe any difficulties or concerns
you encountered, the actions you took to deal with them, and your
future plans in this particular area.
This week was about two things for me. First, I wanted to design the
overall look and feel of my project. Since my project is about
graduation, at first I thought about integrating a cap and gown in the
slide design. But after trying this out, it looked kind of tacky in my
opinion. Instead, I thought Id make my designs look like a graduation
announcement card that one would receive in the mail. I thought this

worked well with the theme of my project and I hope to improve this
design in the coming weeks.
Secondly, I started working on the flow of my project. Did I want it to
be linear or non-linear? I chose linear because things need to be
accomplished in a specific order for these processes. Also, I had to
think about how I would arrange the content and how many slides for
each aspect of my project. For example, the program of study (POS) is
the most complicated part of my project, so I will devote six slides to it.
