I
am

University

Illinois:
Champaign-Urbana.
This
semester
I
am
teaching
a
high
intermediate
level
class
(level
500
out
of
700).
My
class
is
very
diverse
with
students
from
China,
Saudi
Arabia,
Brasil
and
other
countries
around
the
World.
Some
of
my
students
have
been
here
for
a
year;
some
of
my
students
just
arrived
to
the
US
this
semester.
This
course
in
academic
listening
is
a
required
class
in
the
IEP
curriculum
and
is
for
prospective
graduate-level
students.
