Freedom
1. Freedom
a. Freedom is something inside of everyone that has its own
perspective. It could mean mentally releasing yourself from
the everyday stress of the world. It could be a privilege
that one gets from those older than another such as a
teacher to student. To Alex, it was to be away from others
and go on adventures. To me, freedom is something of both
mental and physical. It is something where you can let
your mind relax and roam without difficulty and physically
to as being able to pave your own path with ease in life.
2. Why did I choose this subject? Why does it interest me?
a. I chose the subject of freedom because in my opinion, it
kind of related to me, and I can see where Alex is coming
from. How he wanted to leave so bad made me realize how
much I was to leave, but not in the degree he went to. It
interest me because I, myself, want to go out and find out
what my freedom will be, and how I will be able to reach
nirvana, if it really does happen or not.

4. From the ten questions, I would pick:
a. How does freedom define me?
b. Why is it looked down upon in our social norm to do

5. Places where I will find answers.
a. I would say Google to be honest
i. I can find many articles online that will further
enlighten my view on freedom and how to get it.
b. Another place would be a students previous research on
this topic, if there were any.
c. And also Into the Wild. The book itself that made me
question it all.

6. I will narrow it down by what I am personally seeking for. If the

articles and other papers I see that answer my questions
thoroughly, I will be choosing those.
7. If my research is actually more narrow, than I can expand on
each subject of my topics for the paper and go more in depth, or
add another piece (topic) that seems to fit into my paper well.
