Family History: Lives with biological mother and now step-father along with three younger
siblings. Low social-economical background. Lived in a foster home for a short period of time.
Unconfirmed reports of domestic abuse against the mother by the step-father._______________
Current School Progress: Moderately achieving student. Some honors classes mixed in with
regular classes. Shows little interest in most subjects except for English according to the teacher.
Shows an appreciation for certain works of literature.___________________________________
Psychologist Assessment of Student: Eleanor is a bright young lady who shows a lot of
promise in her classes. Despite this potential, Eleanor is withdrawn from most activities.
Besides a young man named Park, Eleanor seems to have no friends and appears to be targeted
by bullies. Most curiously she seems to show signs of being a victim of some sort of abuse.
Given the anti-social behavior, general disinterest in anything, and lack of care for appearance
along with the history of domestic abuse in the family with the presence of the step-father; I
would argue that Eleanor has been the victim of abuse by the step-father. This may have very
well have been sexual abuse. Suggest monitoring the student for any changes in behavior or the
appearance of physical abuse.

Current School Progress: High Achieving student. Some honors classes and regular classes.
Shows an average interest in most subjects, though is more interested in reading comic books
according to his English teacher.___________________________________________________
Psychologist Assessment of Student: Park is nice young man who is ultimately a reserved
individual. He seems socially adapted with a few close friends. However despite showing no
signs of being bullied or rejected from social circles, he seems to portray a lack of confidence.
This lack of confidence is hidden behind his reserved nature as he seems to want to push most
people away, with a few exceptions such as a young lady. Given his mixed race heritage and his
physical stature in comparison with his much taller younger brother, Park may feel insecure
about his height and skinnier than usual body type. Suggest observing for more anti-social
behaviors and praising Park for deeds to build up his confidence.
