ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﻲ ﹶﻟﻩ ﻓ ﺎﺰﹾﻟﻨ ﺎ ﺃﹶﻧﹺﺇﻧ
ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﺎ ﹶﻟﻙ ﻣ ﺍﺩﺭ ﺎ ﹶﺃﻭﻣ
ﻬ ﹴﺮ ﺷ ﻒ ﻦ ﹶﺃﹾﻟ ﺮ ﻣ ﻴ ﺧ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﹶﻟ
ﻣ ﹴﺮ ﻦ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﹶﺃﻬﹺﻢ ﻣﺭﺑ ﻥ ﺎ ﹺﺑﹺﺈ ﹾﺫﻴﻬﺡ ﻓ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺋ ﹶﻜ ﹸﺔ ﻭﻤﻠﹶﺎ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻨﺰﺗ
ﺠ ﹺﺮ
ﻣ ﹾﻄ ﹶﻠ ﹺﻊ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻔ ﻰﺣﺘ ﻲ ﻫ ﻡ ﺳﻠﹶﺎ
In the name of Allah—the Merciful, the Beneficent
Surely We revealed it on the grand night.
And what will make you comprehend what the grand night is?
The grand night is better than a thousand months.
The angels and Gabriel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair,
Peace! it is till the break of the morning.

Common A'amaal for Laylatul Qadr
19th, 21st & 23rd Nights of the sacred month of Ramadhan
• Ghusl before Maghrib so that the prayers may be performed with it
(wudhoo is also required).
• To offer two Rakats of prayers, in every Rak’at after Surat-al-Hamd,
recite Surat-al-Iklas seven times.
• After the prayer recite 70 times:
ﻪ ﻴ ﺏ ﹺﺇﹶﻟ
ﻮﻭ ﹶﺃﺗ ﻪ ﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻔ ﻐ ﺘﺳ ﹶﺃ
"Astagferullaah Wa atoobo elaihe"
"I seek the forgiveness from Allah and return to Him".

With the Holy Qur'an opened before you, say:
ﻙ ﺅ ﺎﺳﻤ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﺮ ﺒﻚ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﹾﻛ
ﻤ ﺳ ﻪ ﺍ ﻴﻭ ﻓ ﻪ ﻴﺎ ﻓﻭ ﻣ ﺰ ﹺﻝ ﻨ ﻤ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﺎﹺﺑﻜﺘ ﻚ ﹺﺑ
ﺳﹶﺄﹸﻟ ﻰ ﹶﺃ ﹺﺇﻧﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﺎ ﹺﺭﻦ ﺍﻟﻨ ﻣ ﻚ ﺋﺘ ﹶﻘﺎﻋ ﻦ ﻣ ﻌ ﹶﻠﻨﹺﻰ ﺠ
ﺗ ﻰ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥﺮﺟ ﻳ ﻭ ﻑ ﺎﺨﺎ ﻳﻭ ﻣ ﻰﺴﻨ ﺤ ﺍﹾﻟ
O Allah! I am asking You, in the name of Your revealed Book, and whatever
there is in the Book and in it is Your Great name and Your Good names
and that which fears and that which may be desired, that you make me
among Your freed from fire.

With the Holy Qur'an placed on your head, say:
ﻥ ﺁﻫﺬﹶﺍ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹸﻘﺮ ﺤﻖ ﹺﺑﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﻪ ﻪ ﹺﺑ ﺘﺳ ﹾﻠ ﺭ ﻦ ﹶﺃ ﻣ ﺤﻖ ﻭ ﹺﺑ
ﻪ ﻴﻪ ﻓ ﺘﺣ ﺪ ﻣ ﻣ ﹴﻦ ﺆ ﻣ ﹸﻛﻞﱢﺤﻖ ﻭ ﹺﺑ
ﻚ
ﻨ ﻣ ﻚ
ﺤﻘﱢ ﻑ ﹺﺑ ﺮ ﻋ ﺪ ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﻢ ﻓﹶﻼ ﹶﺃ ﻴ ﹺﻬ ﻋ ﹶﻠ ﺤﻘﱢﻚ ﻭ ﹺﺑ
O Allah! By this Quran and by him upon whom You revealed it and by
every believer You praised in it and by Your right on them that no
one knows better of Your Right than You.

ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﻚ ﻟﺪ ﹺﺑ ﹶﺬ ﻬ ﺷ ﻮﺀﺍ ﹶﺃﺎ ﺳﻨﻬ ﻋ ﻑ ﺻ ﹺﺮ ﻭ ﻻ ﹶﺃ ﺍﺿﺮ ﻭ ﻻ ﻧﻔﹾﻌﺎ ﻨ ﹾﻔﺴِﻰﻟ ﻚ ﻠ ﻣ ﺮﺍ ﻻ ﹶﺃﺍﺧﺪﺍ ﺩﻋﺒ ﻚ ﺖ ﹶﻟ ﻴ ﺴ ﻣ ﻰ ﺃﹶ ﹺﺇﻧﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﻭ ﺗﻨﹺﻰﺪ ﻋ ﻭ ﺎﻰ ﻣﺰ ﻟ ﺠ ﻧ ﹺﻭ ﹶﺃ ﺪ ﺤﻤ ﻣ ﻭ ﺁ ﹺﻝ ﺪ ﺤﻤ ﻣ ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﺼﻞﱢ ﻰ ﹶﻓﻴ ﹶﻠﺘﺔ ﺣ ﻗﻠﱠ ﻭ ﻰﺗﻒ ﹸﻗﻮ ﻌ ﻀ
ﻚ ﹺﺑ ﻑ ﹶﻟ
ﺘ ﹺﺮﻋ ﻭ ﺃﹶ ﻧ ﹾﻔﺴِﻰ
ﲔ
ﻜ ﺴ ﻤ ﻙ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺪ ﺒ ﻋ ﻰﺘﻨﹺﻰ ﹶﻓﹺﺈﻧﻴ ﺗﺎ ﺁ ﻣﻋ ﹶﻠﻰ ﻢ ﻤ ﺗﻭ ﹶﺃ ﺔ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﺬ ﻫ ﻰﺓ ﻓ ﺮ ﻔ ﻐ ﻤ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻣ ﺕ
ﺎﻣﻨ ﺆ ﻤ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟ ﲔ ﻣﹺﻨ ﺆ ﻊ ﺍﹾﻟﻤ ﻴﺟﻤ
ﺎﻴﻤﻚ ﻓ ﺎﹺﻧﺣﺴ ﻟﹺﺈ ﻼﻭ ﻻ ﻏﹶﺎﻓ ﺘﻨﹺﻰﻴ ﻭﹶﻟ ﺎ ﹶﺃﻴﻤﻙ ﻓ ﺬ ﹾﻛ ﹺﺮ ﻟ ﻴﺎﺎﺳﻌ ﹾﻠﻨﹺﻰ ﻧ ﺠ ﺗ ﻻﻬﻢ ﲔ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻤ ﹺﻬ ﲑ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﻘ ﻒ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻔ
ﻴﻌﲔ ﺍﻟﻀ ﺘﻜﺴ ﻤ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﻼ ٍﺀﻭ ﺑ ﺔ ﹶﺃ ﻴﻓ ﻋﺎ ﻭ ﺎ ٍﺀ ﹶﺃﺭﺧ ﻭ ﺓ ﹶﺃ ﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺍ َﺀ ﹶﺃﺿﺮ
ﻭ ﺍ َﺀ ﹶﺃﺮﻰ ﺳﻰ ﻓﻋﻨ ﺕ ﺑ ﹶﻄﹶﺄﻭ ﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹶﺃ ﻚ ﺘﺑﺎﻦ ﹺﺇﺟ ﻣ ﻭ ﻻ ﺁﻳﹺﺴﺎ ﺘﻨﹺﻰﻴ ﻋ ﹶﻄ ﹶﺃ
ﺎ ِﺀﻋﻊ ﺍﻟﺪ ﻴﺳﻤ ﻚ ﺎ َﺀ ﹺﺇﻧﻌﻤ ﻧ ﻭ ﺱ ﹶﺃ
ﺆ ﹴ ﺑ ﻭ ﹶﺃ
O Allah! Surely, I am at this evening Your passive slave; I have no control over the gains and losses
for my person And I cannot drive back any evil from myself, I testify
testify that against myself, And to You
do I confess of my powerlessness and my feebleness. So, send blessings
blessings upon Muhammad and the
Household of Muhammad, And fulfill that of which You have promised
promised me, As well as all the believing
men and believing women, That is Your forgiveness at this night. And accomplish that which You
have given me, for I am Your slave—
slave—the poor, the humble, The weak, the needy, the humiliated. O
Allah: (please) do not make me forgetful of Your remembrance bestowed
bestowed upon me. And do not make
me unaware of Your favors given to me. And do not make me loose hope of Your responding to me,
though it may be delayed, Whether I be in prosperity or adversity
adversity or hardship or comfort or well
being or affliction, or misery or bliss. Verily,www.zainab.org
You are the Hearer
Hearer of prayers.
• Recite Ziyarat of Imam Hussain (A.S.).
According to a report an angel calls from the Arsh (Throne) on the
Seventh sky, "Allah the Benevolent forgives him, whosoever performs
the Ziyarat of the grave of Imam Hussain (A.S.)."
• Recite Duas Joshn e kabir
• Offer 100 Rak'at of Namaz.

O Allah! Curse the killers of the Commander of the faithful.

ﻣ ﹺﺮ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﻕ ﺮ ﺗ ﹾﻔ ﺎﻴﻤﻭ ﻓ ﻮ ﹺﻡﺤﺘ ﻤ ﻣ ﹺﺮ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺭ ﺗ ﹶﻘﺪ ﻭ ﻰﺗ ﹾﻘﻀ ﺎﻴﻤﻌ ﹾﻞ ﻓ ﺍﺟﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﻭ ﹺﺭﺒﺮ ﻤ ﺍ ﹺﻡ ﺍﹾﻟﺤﺮ
ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺘﻴ ﺑ ﺝ
ﺎ ﹺﺣﺠ ﻦ ﻌ ﹶﻠﻨﹺﻰ ﻣ ﺠ ﺗ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﻰ ﹶﻟﻴ ﹺﻢ ﻓﺤﻜ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﻰﻤﺮﹺﻯ ﻓ ﻋ ﻴ ﹶﻞﺗﻄ ﻚ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺳﹶﺄﹸﻟ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﻢ ﻬ ﺑﻮﻐﻔﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ ﹸﺫﻧ ﻤ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻬ ﻴﻌ ﺳ ﺸﻜﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ ﻤ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻬ ﺣﺠ
.ﲔ ﻤ ﺣ ﺍﻢ ﺍﻟﺮ ﺣ ﺭ ﺎ ﹶﺃﻰ ﻳﺯﻗ ﻰ ﹺﺭﻰ ﻓﻊ ﻟ ﺳﺗﻮ ﻭ ﻚ ﺘﻋ ﻃﹶﺎ
O Allah I beseech You in that which You have decided and made
ready, through the unchallengeable commands, irrevocably, in the
"Night of Qadr", is a decision as well as an execution which, neither
can be changed nor kept in abeyance, so write down my name in
the list of pilgrims who shall go to Your "Sacred House" for Hajj,
the pilgrims whose performance of Hajj is appreciated, their efforts
cut off their link with the sins and atone for their wrongdoings. In
this night please decide and make ready for me long life, enough

means of livelihood. O the most Merciful!
21st
ﺤﻰ ﻣ ﻦ ﺝ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺨ ﹺﺮ ﺞ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻴ ﹺﻞ ﻭ ﻣ ﺞ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻴ ﹺﻞ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﻣﻮﻟ ﻳﺎ ﻣﻮﻟ
ﺏ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﻕ ﻣ ﻦ ﻳﺸﺎ ُﺀ ﹺﺑ ﻐ ﻴ ﹺﺮ ﺣﺴﺎ ﹴ ﺤﻰ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺍ ﹺﺯ ﺖ ﻣ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺝ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻴ
ﺨ ﹺﺮ ﺖ ﻭ ﻣ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻤﻴ
ﺴﻨﻰ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣﺜﹶﺎ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻌ ﹾﻠﻴﺎ ﻭ ﺤﻚ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺳﻤﺎ ُﺀ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﺭ ﺣﻤﺎ ﹸﻥ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺣﻴ ﻢ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﹶﻟ
ﺠ ﻌ ﹶﻞ ﺍ ﺳﻤﻰ ﻓﻰ ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻭ ﺁ ﹺﻝ ﻣ ﺼﻠﱢ ﻰ ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﻣ ﻚ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜ ﺒ ﹺﺮﻳﺎ ُﺀ ﻭ ﺍﻟﹾﺂﻻ ُﺀ ﹶﺃ ﺳﹶﺄﹸﻟ
ﲔ ﻭ ﹺﺇﺳﺎ َﺀﺗﻰ ﻣ ﻐﻔﹸﻮ ﺭ ﹰﺓ ﻫ ﺬ ﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺴ ﻌﺪﺍ ِﺀ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺣﻰ ﻣ ﻊ ﺍﻟﺸ ﻬﺪﺍ ِﺀ ﻭ ﹺﺇ ﺣﺴﺎﻧﹺﻰ ﻓﻰ ﻋﻠﱢﻴ
ﺖ
ﺴ ﻤ ﺿﻴﻨﹺﻰ ﹺﺑﻤﺎ ﹶﻗ ﺐ ﺍﻟﺸﻚ ﻋﻨﻰ ﻭ ﺗ ﺮ ﺐ ﻟﻰ ﻳﻘﻴﻨﺎ ﺗﺒﺎ ﺷ ﺮ ﹺﺑ ﻪ ﹶﻗ ﹾﻠﺒﹺﻰ ﻭ ﹺﺇﳝﺎﻧﺎ ﻳ ﹾﺬ ﻫ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ ﻬ
ﺤﺮﹺﻳ ﹺﻖ ﻭ ﺍ ﺭ ﺯ ﹾﻗﻨﹺﻰ ﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﹺﺭ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﺴﻨ ﹰﺔ ﻭ ﻗﻨﺎ ﻋﺬﹶﺍ ﺴﻨ ﹰﺔ ﻭ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﹾﺂ ﺧ ﺮ ﺓ ﺣ ﻟﻰ ﻭ ﺁﺗﻨﺎ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﺣ
ﺤﻤﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺁ ﹶﻝ ﺖ ﹶﻟ ﻪ ﻣ ﻚ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﻧﺎﺑ ﹶﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘ ﻮﻓﻴ ﻖ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻭﻓﱠ ﹾﻘ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺫ ﹾﻛ ﺮ ﻙ ﻭ ﺷ ﹾﻜ ﺮ ﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺮ ﹾﻏﺒ ﹶﺔ ﹺﺇﹶﻟ ﻴ
ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻋ ﹶﻠ ﻴ ﻪ ﻭ ﻋ ﹶﻠ ﻴ ﹺﻬ ﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﻼ ﻡ ﻣ

21st
O! who (One) causes the night to pass into the day, and the day to pass into
the night. O (One) who brings forth the living from the dead, and brings forth
the dead from the living. O the Provider of sustenance for whoever He pleases,
without measure. O Allah, O Beneficent, O Allah, O Merciful. O Allah, O Allah, O
Allah, You have the most beautiful names, the highest examples, the grandeur,
the bounties. I beseech You to, bless Muhammad and the family of
Muhammad, and place my name, in this night, among the fortunate, and my
soul among the martyrs, let my good deeds be (written) in the ‘Illiyyin (Book of
the virtuous), and my evil deeds be forgiven. (And I beseech You to ) grant me
a certainty which gives joy to my heart, and a faith which drives doubt away
from me, and make me pleased with what
You have granted me. (And I beseech You to) Give us good in this world, and
good in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the burning
fire. (HQ 2:201) (And I beseech You to) grant me in it (Laylatul Qadr) Your
remembrance, and Your gratitude, and desire for (pleasing) You, turning (to
You for repentance), and success, for all that You have granted Muhammad
and his family, peace be on him and on them.

ﻒ ﺷ ﻬ ﹴﺮ ﻭ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻴ ﹺﻞ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺏ ﹶﻟ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﺟﺎ ﻋ ﹶﻠﻬﺎ ﺧﻴﺮﺍ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﺃﹾﻟ
ﺼﻮ ﺭ ﻳﺎ ﺣﻨﺎ ﹸﻥ ﻳﺎ ﺉ ﻳﺎ ﻣ ﺽ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎ ِﺀ ﻳﺎ ﺑﺎ ﹺﺭ ﺠﺒﺎ ﹺﻝ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺒﺤﺎ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻟ ﱡﻈ ﹶﻠ ﹺﻢ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄﻧﻮﺍ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭ ﹺ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹺ
ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺳﻤﺎ ُﺀ ﻣﻨﺎ ﹸﻥ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺭ ﺣﻤﺎ ﹸﻥ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﹶﻗﻴﻮ ﻡ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺑﺪﻳﻊ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻪ ﹶﻟ
ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻭ ﺁ ﹺﻝ ﻣ ﺼﻠﱢ ﻰ ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﻣ ﻚ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ
ﺴﻨﻰ ﻭ ﺍ ﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣﺜﹶﺎ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻌ ﹾﻠﻴﺎ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻜ ﺒ ﹺﺮﻳﺎ ُﺀ ﻭ ﺍﻟﹾﺂﻻ ُﺀ ﹶﺃ ﺳﹶﺄﹸﻟ ﺤ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﺠ ﻌ ﹶﻞ ﺍ ﺳﻤﻰ ﻓﻰ ﻫ ﺬ ﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ ﻴﻠﹶ ﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺴ ﻌﺪﺍ ِﺀ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺣﻰ ﻣ ﻊ ﺍﻟﺸ ﻬﺪﺍ ِﺀ ﻭ ﹺﺇ ﺣﺴﺎﻧﹺﻰ ﻓﻰ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ
ﺐ ﺍﻟﺸﻚ ﺐ ﻟﻰ ﻳﻘﻴﻨﺎ ﺗﺒﺎ ﺷ ﺮ ﹺﺑ ﻪ ﹶﻗ ﹾﻠﺒﹺﻰ ﻭ ﹺﺇﳝﺎﻧﺎ ﻳ ﹾﺬ ﻫ ﲔ ﻭ ﹺﺇﺳﺎ َﺀﺗﻰ ﻣ ﻐﻔﹸﻮ ﺭ ﹰﺓ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ ﻬ ﻋﻠﱢﻴ
ﺴﻨ ﹰﺔ ﻭ ﻗﻨﺎ
ﺴﻨ ﹰﺔ ﻭ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﹾﺂ ﺧ ﺮ ﺓ ﺣ ﺖ ﻟﻰ ﻭ ﺁﺗﻨﺎ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﺣ ﺴ ﻤ ﺿﻴﻨﹺﻰ ﹺﺑﻤﺎ ﹶﻗ ﻋﻨﻰ ﻭ ﺗ ﺮ
ﻚ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹺﺈﻧﺎﺑ ﹶﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘ ﻮﺑ ﹶﺔ ﺤﺮﹺﻳ ﹺﻖ ﻭ ﺍ ﺭ ﺯ ﹾﻗﻨﹺﻰ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺫ ﹾﻛ ﺮ ﻙ ﻭ ﺷ ﹾﻜ ﺮ ﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺮ ﹾﻏﺒ ﹶﺔ ﹺﺇﹶﻟ ﻴ ﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﹺﺭ ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﻋﺬﹶﺍ
ﺤﻤ ﺪ ﻋ ﹶﻠ ﻴ ﹺﻬ ﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﻼ ﻡ ﺤﻤﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺁ ﹶﻝ ﻣ ﺖ ﻟﹶ ﻪ ﻣ
ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘ ﻮﻓﻴ ﻖ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻭﻓﱠ ﹾﻘ

O Lord of Lailatul Qadr! (Night of Destiny!) Who has made it better
than 1000 months! O the Lord of the day and the night and the
mountains and oceans, the Lord of light and darkness! O the Lord of
the earth and the skies! O the Creator! O the Designer! O Kind! O
One Who favours! O Allah Who maintains everything! O Allah! O the
Kindest! O Allah! O the Creator of new things! O Allah! O Allah! O
Allah! The best names are for Thee alone. Thou hast control over all
virtues. I ask Thee to send blessings on Muhammad (S.A.W.) and
his Aal (A.S.). Write my name, in this Night of Qadr, among the
names of the fortunate. Let my soul keep the company of the
martyrs. Let my good deeds be reckoned with "Illiyeen" (those
exalted). Forgive my sins. Bestow on me such belief that Thou may
be nearest to my heart. Give me such understanding that all the
doubts may be removed. Let me be contended over that which has
been ordained for me: Let me have goodness and virtues in this
world and the next. Save me from the glowing fire of Hell.
Encourage me towards Tine remembrance with pleasure and to be
penitent. Give me all those virtues that Thou hast given to
Muhammad (S.A.W.) and Aal -e-Muhammad (A.S.).

ﺗﺍﺻ ﹶﻠﻮ
ﺴ ﹺﻦ
ﺤ ﺑ ﹺﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺔ ﺤﺠ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﻟﻴﻮ ﻟ ﻦ ﻛﹸﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﻭ ﺮﺍﺎﺻﻭ ﻧ ﺪﺍﻭ ﻗﹶﺎﺋ ﻈﺎﺎﻓﻭ ﺣ ﺎﻟﻴﻭ ﺔ ﻋ ﺎﻰ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﺳﻭ ﻓ ﺔ ﻋ ﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺴ ﺬ ﻫ ﻰﻓ
ﺎ ﹶﻃﻮﹺﻳﻼﻴﻬﻪ ﻓ ﻌ ﻤﺘ ﺗ ﻭ ﻋﺎﻚ ﹶﻃﻮ ﺿ ﺭ ﻪ ﹶﺃ ﻨﻜ ﺴ
ﺗ ﻰﺣﺘ ﻨﺎﻋﻴ ﻭ ﻴﻼﺩﻟ
O Allah! be for Your Wali, al-Hujjat (the argument), son of al-Hasan— May
Your blessings be on him and on his forefathers now and at all times, be his
custodian and protector and leader and helper and guide and watcher so that
You shall allow him to prevail on Your lands willingly and You shall make him
enjoy it for a long time.

ﻭ ﻰﺴﻤ ﻰ ﹺﺟ ﻟﺻﺢ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﻰﺯﻗ ﻰ ﹺﺭﻰ ﻓﻊ ﻟ ﺳ ﻭ ﻭ ﹶﺃ ﻤﺮﹺﻯ ﻋ ﻰﻰ ﻓﺩ ﻟ ﺪ ﻣ ﺍﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﻦ ﻣ ﺒﻨﹺﻰ ﺘﻭ ﺍ ﹾﻛ ﺎ ِﺀﻘﻴ ﺷ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺤﻨﹺﻰ
ﻣ ﺎ ِﺀ ﻓﹶﺎﻘﻴ ﺷ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺖ
ﻨ ﻭ ﹺﺇ ﹾﻥ ﹸﻛ ﻰﻣﻠ ﻐﻨﹺﻰ ﹶﺃ ﺑﻠﱢ
ﻚ
ﺗﺍﺻ ﹶﻠﻮ
ﺳ ﹺﻞ ﺮ ﻤ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻧﹺﺒﻴ ﻋﻠﹶﻰ ﺰ ﹺﻝ ﻨ ﻤ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﺎﹺﺑﻛﺘ ﻰﺖ ﻓ ﻚ ﹸﻗ ﹾﻠ ﺍ ِﺀ ﹶﻓﹺﺈﻧﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺴ
ﺏ
ﺎ ﹺﻜﺘ ﺍﹾﻟﻩ ﹸﺃﻡ ﺪ ﻨ ﻋ ﻭ ﺖ ﻳ ﹾﺜﹺﺒ ﻭ ﺎ ُﺀﻳﺸ ﺎﻪ ﻣ ﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﱠﻤﺤ ﻳ ﻪ ﻟﻭ ﺁ ﻪ ﻴ ﻋ ﹶﻠ
O Allah! Prolong my life and expand my sustenance and make
my body healthy and make me attain my hopes and if I am written
with the unhappy ones, erase my name from the unhappy, And write it
with the happy. Indeed You have said in Your Book that You revealed
to Your missioned Prophet, Your peace be upon him and his
Household. Allah does erase what He pleases and establishes a with

ﻦ ﻣ ﻕ ﺮ ﺗ ﹾﻔ ﺎﻴﻤﻭ ﻓ ﻮ ﹺﻡﺤﺘ ﻤ ﻣ ﹺﺮ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻦ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﻣ ﺭ ﺗ ﹶﻘﺪ ﺎﻴﻤﻭ ﻓ ﻰﺗ ﹾﻘﻀ ﺎﻴﻤﻌ ﹾﻞ ﻓ ﺟ ﺍﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﱠ
ﺒﻨﹺﻰﺘﺗ ﹾﻜ ﹸﻝ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥﺒﺪﻳ ﻭ ﻻ ﺮﺩ ﻳ ﻯ ﻻﺎ ِﺀ ﺍﻟﱠﺬﻦ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘﻀ ﻣ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﻰ ﹶﻟﻴ ﹺﻢ ﻓﺤﻜ ﻣ ﹺﺮ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ
ﻢ ﻬ ﻴﻌ ﺳ ﺸﻜﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ ﻤ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻬ ﺣﺠ ﻭ ﹺﺭﺒﺮ ﻤ ﻫﺬﹶﺍ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻰﺎﻣﻰ ﻋﺍ ﹺﻡ ﻓﺤﺮ ﻚ ﺍﹾﻟ ﺘﻴ ﺑ ﺝ ﺎ ﹺﺣﺠ ﻦ ﻣ
ﺭ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻥ ﺗ ﹶﻘﺪ ﻭ ﻰﺗ ﹾﻘﻀ ﺎﻴﻤﻌ ﹾﻞ ﻓ ﺟ ﻭ ﺍ ﻢ ﻬ ﺗﺌﹶﺎﺳﻴ ﻢ ﻨﻬ ﻋ ﻤ ﹶﻜﻔﱠ ﹺﺮ ﻢ ﺍﹾﻟ ﻬ ﺑﻮﻐﻔﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ ﹸﺫﻧ ﻤ ﺍﹾﻟ
ﻰﺯﻗ ﻰ ﹺﺭﻰ ﻓﻊ ﻟ ﻮﺳ ﺗ ﻭ ﻤﺮﹺﻯ ﻋ ﻴ ﹶﻞﺗﻄ
O Allah! Among the matters that You decide and make from among
the inevitable affairs and from among the wise matters that You
make distinct, in the Grand Night From among the act that is neither
rejected nor altered, that You enlist me to be with the pilgrims to
Your Holy House, in this my year, those whose pilgrimage is admitted,
whose efforts are thanked, whose sins are forgiven, And whose
offenses and pardoned. And among the matters that You decide and

prolong my life.

ﺨﻔﹶﻰ ﺲ ﻳ ﻳﺎ ﺑﺎﻃﻨﺎ ﻓﻰ ﹸﻇﻬﻮ ﹺﺭ ﻩ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻇﹶﺎﻫﺮﺍ ﻓﻰ ﺑﻄﹸﻮﹺﻧ ﻪ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﺑﺎﻃﻨﺎ ﹶﻟ ﻴ
ﻑ ﻭ ﻻ ﺲ ﻳﺮﻯ ﻳﺎ ﻣ ﻮﺻﻮﻓﺎ ﻻ ﻳ ﺒ ﹸﻠ ﹸﻎ ﹺﺑ ﹶﻜ ﻴﻨﻮﻧﺘ ﻪ ﻣ ﻮﺻﻮ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻇﹶﺎﻫﺮﺍ ﹶﻟ ﻴ
ﺐ
ﺸﻬﻮ ﺩ ﻳ ﹾﻄ ﹶﻠ ﺤﺪﻭ ﺩ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻏﹶﺎﺋﺒﺎ ﹶﻏ ﻴ ﺮ ﻣ ﹾﻔﻘﹸﻮ ﺩ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪﺍ ﹶﻏ ﻴ ﺮ ﻣ ﺣﺪ ﻣ
ﺽ ﻭ ﻣﺎ ﺑ ﻴﻨ ﻬﻤﺎ ﹸﻃ ﺮ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺔ ﺕ ﻭ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭ ﺨﻠﹸﻮ ﻣ ﻨ ﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﻭﺍ ﺏ ﻭ ﻻ ﻳ ﹶﻓﻴﺼﺎ
ﺖ ﻧﻮ ﺭ ﺍﻟﻨﻮ ﹺﺭ ﻭ ﺚ ﹶﺃﻧ ﺤ ﻴ ﻒ ﻭ ﻻ ﻳ ﺆﻳ ﻦ ﹺﺑﹶﺄﻳ ﹴﻦ ﻭ ﻻ ﹺﺑ ﻋ ﻴ ﹴﻦ ﻻ ﻳ ﺪ ﺭ ﻙ ﹺﺑ ﹶﻜ ﻴ
ﺲ ﹶﻛ ﻤ ﹾﺜ ﻠ ﻪ ﺷ ﻰ ٌﺀ ﺠﻤﻴ ﹺﻊ ﺍﹾﻟﹸﺄﻣﻮ ﹺﺭ ﺳ ﺒﺤﺎ ﹶﻥ ﻣ ﻦ ﹶﻟ ﻴ ﺖ ﹺﺑ ﺏ ﹶﺃ ﺣ ﹾﻄ ﺭﺏ ﺍﹾﻟﹶﺄ ﺭﺑﺎ ﹺ
ﲑ ﺳ ﺒﺤﺎ ﹶﻥ ﻣ ﻦ ﻫ ﻮ ﻫ ﹶﻜ ﹶﺬ ﻭ ﻻ ﻫ ﹶﻜﺬﹶﺍ ﹶﻏ ﻴ ﺮ ﻩ ﺼ ﻭ ﻫ ﻮ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻴ ﻊ ﺍﹾﻟﺒ

O He Who is intrinsic though He is evident, and He Who is evident
though He is intrinsic, O! He Who is intrinsic that is not hidden and He
Who is evident but He cannot be seen; O! He Who is described, but
neither any other described thing nor can any boundary attain His
Being; O He Who is absent but not lost, And He Who is present but not
witnessed. When He is sought is obtained, And neither the heavens,
nor the earth nor can anything that is between them be empty of Him
even for a wink. He cannot be realized by asking ‘How is He?’ And His
place cannot be identified by asking, ‘Where is He?’ or ‘What is His
place?’ You are verily the light of all lights and the Lord of all lords. You
have comprehended all things. Glory be to Him Whose like is
nonexistent, And He is the All-hearing, the All-seeing. Glory be to Him
Who is as such and none else is like Him.

ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﻲ ﹶﻟﻩ ﻓ ﺎﺰﹾﻟﻨ ﺎ ﺃﹶﻧﹺﺇﻧ
ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﺎ ﹶﻟﻙ ﻣ ﺍﺩﺭ ﺎ ﹶﺃﻭﻣ
ﻬ ﹴﺮ ﺷ ﻒ ﻦ ﹶﺃﹾﻟ ﺮ ﻣ ﻴ ﺧ ﺪ ﹺﺭ ﻴ ﹶﻠ ﹸﺔ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻘ ﹶﻟ
ﻣ ﹴﺮ ﻦ ﹸﻛﻞﱢ ﹶﺃﻬﹺﻢ ﻣﺭﺑ ﻥ ﺎ ﹺﺑﹺﺈ ﹾﺫﻴﻬﺡ ﻓ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺋ ﹶﻜ ﹸﺔ ﻭﻤﻠﹶﺎ ﹸﻝ ﺍﹾﻟﻨﺰﺗ
ﺠ ﹺﺮ
ﻣ ﹾﻄ ﹶﻠ ﹺﻊ ﺍﹾﻟ ﹶﻔ ﻰﺣﺘ ﻲ ﻫ ﻡ ﺳﻠﹶﺎ
In the name of Allah—the Merciful, the Beneficent
Surely We revealed it on the grand night.
And what will make you comprehend what the grand night is?
The grand night is better than a thousand months.
The angels and Gabriel descend in it by the permission of their Lord
for every affair,
Peace! it is till the break of the morning.
