A skeletal muscle is an organ of the muscular system. It is composed
mostly of skeletal muscle tissue , nervous tissue, blood and other
connective tissue. An individual muscle is separated from other muscles
and held into position by layers of dense connective tissue called fascia.
This connective tissue surrounds all muscles and may project beyond the
endsofmusclefibersformingacordliketendon.

The grip testswere usedto see whatyour muscles could handle the
longest a repetitive gripping action or a continuous gripping action. My
studiesshowedthatgripstrengthactuallylastedlongerduringtherepetitive
test. During the repetitive test the strength at the beginning was not as
strong as the continuous strength atthebeginning, butthestrength lasted
alot longer. We also tested that when you are encouraged by someone
