Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the Great Wall of America Act of 2015.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Congress hereby finds and declares that,
A) Three out of every 100 people in America are undocumented
B) The U.S. Border Patrol has apprehended 15,647 unaccompanied children attempting to enter the country illegally
between October 2014 and March 2015.
C) 10,327 pounds of drugs were seized in 2014
D) There has been a 117% increase in apprehensions among unaccompanied children ages 12 and younger
E) The estimated 5.9 million unauthorized immigrants from Mexico still account for a majority (52%) of the nations
unauthorized immigrant population.
F) Millions of American citizens are out of work or unable to find a job because we have 12-20 million illegal aliens in
America
G) The U.S. unemployment rate was 5.3 percent in July, or about 8.3 million people.
H) That month, the labor force increased by about 69,000 people
I) Visa overstays make up about 40% of the undocumented immigrants in our country today
J) The Department of Homeland Security spent 1.2 billion last year for immigration and border patrol
K) If all uninsured low-income immigrants were to receive the affordability credits, it would cost taxpayers about $30
billion a year
L) Since January 2009, ICE has audited more than 8,900 employers suspected of hiring illegal labor, debarred 8,590
companies and individuals, and imposed more than $100.3 million in financial sanctions
M) There is no requirement to verify documents presented by workers, employers can easily evade compliance
N) There has been a significant rise in U.S. immigration, both legal and illegal, over the past four decades.
O) Experts at our briefing testified that immigrant workers now make up approximately one-seventh of the

American workforce, and they estimated that illegal workers account for one-third of the total immigrants
now in the U.S.
P) In 2005, illegal migrants accounted for about 5% of the civilian labor force, or 7.2 million workers out of a
labor force of 148 million
SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE
A) The Great Wall of America Act shall create a wall along the border of the United States and Mexico. To prevent
immigrants from coming over to the United States illegally. The wall shall be 30 feet tall spanning across the 1,954
mile border, the wall shall be constructed of steel - reinforced concrete. For every 5 miles there shall be a guard post
consisting of two armed guards at a time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For every 100 miles there will be an armored
guard gate to allow vehicles to cross the border after proper vehicle inspection and proper documentation.
B) The United States Department of Homeland Security shall be held responsible for the proper maintenance and
operation of the wall. The United States border patrol agents shall be required to man all guard posts and entry points
throughout the wall. The 150 million dollars shall come from welfare. The total cost of the wall is approximately 150
million dollars.
C) This bill shall be enacted on January 1, 2016. This bill has no expiration date. Shall any immigrant cross the wall
illegally, the penalty shall be deportation back to their home country and a fine equivalent to one thousand U.S. dollars.
