Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Provide assistance to the Loan Servicing Manager/COO; duties entail functions surrounding loan
servicing for multi-family & community related commercial loans
Process lending related payments as well as disbursements
New loan data entry
Process property tax and insurance bills including receipts and disbursements. Collect evidence of
insurance coverage on all collateral to verify the coverage meets UCRC requirements.
Assist with the Annual Portfolio review by obtaining Borrowers certified financial
statements/rent rolls; entering updated loan data; and follow-up with Borrowers on significant

Collect quarterly financial statements as well as monthly financial statements if currently on a
watch list.
Capital Replacement Reserves administration. Process eligible replacement requests for
reimbursements.
Process Property Management changes and other loan modifications as needed.
Assist with updating department procedures.
Monthly reports of servicing activities and provide to management/accounting.
CDT monthly reporting requirements
Perform on-site property inspections.

I participated in the Zions Bank Paint-A-Thon 2010, 2011 and 2012. The Paint-A-Thon is where
company volunteers the employees time to paint homes, enhance yards and surrounding area,
and generally improve the lives of those we serve. Generally low-income elderly and disabled
individuals.
I participated in United Way in 2011. United Way is where you donate your time and do various
projects around your community.
I was a Cub Scouts leader from 2011-2012 for the Bears age group. As a leader, I helped to
educate the boys by teaching them fire safety, gun safety as well as had fun and played
educational games to teach them coordination and rules.
