Company X is a global application testing company. One of their main divisions helps improve the effectiveness of
website advertisements. Seek3 is one specific unit in this division, whose job is to use a complex set of criteria to analyze
ad relevance. In an effort to improve the accuracy of Seek 3 judges, the team lead conducts a weekly webinar. During
this webinar, the most missed cases throughout the week are reviewed and judges are supposed to be given an
opportunity to ask questions. Unfortunately, this webinar fails to live up to expectations and is ineffective. Training for the
team leads is needed to improve the weekly webinar experience. The target audience for the training will be the Seek3
team lead and other search functionality team leads. Given the global nature of the company, instruction will be delivered
online.
