It can be said that the civil society,
democracy and citizenship are synonyms
from the historical and scientific aspect.
So, if the civil society with its mobility
tends towards democracy, and if the idea
of citizenship is the basic of democratic
systems' development, the later has
worked on increasing the efficiency of the
social establishment's operation and the
deviation of the political, economic,
social and cultural dimensions.
It's path started by holding this political
participation so that the individual shifted
from the state of being a submitted person
of
a political system to his own
manufacturer. This led him to free, later,
his economic, social and cultural rights.
The individual starts to fighte a growth
battle and claims its
benefits on
equalities basis aiming to get the right of
democracy takes into consideration
minorities' rights.
These are the for steps in which the
Arabic society shifted from feudalism to
liberalism; the individual from early a
human being to citizen full of rights, and
from properties' systems to democratic
ones.
Consequently, it is historical path having
the same starting point and destiny when
the three principals of civil society,
citizenship and democracy cooperated in
making it via historical, dialectic and
conceptual interference.
