Campus Ambassador Program 2010/2011

Position Descriptions

Regional Coordinators
Responsibilities:
 Book presentations at local high schools – ensure all necessary resources are provided to ambassadors on
day of presentation
 Manage a team of student ambassadors and coordinate presentations
 Build relationships with selected schools in order to increase awareness of the program
 Participate in hiring and training of student ambassadors

Required Skills & Characteristics:


 Well-spoken and enthusiastic
 Strong inter-personal skills
 Desire to educate high school students about Sauder
 Knowledgeable about many different aspects of Sauder School of Business
 Pleasant phone demeanour

Promotions Director/Assistant Special Events Coordinator


Responsibilities
 Create and execute a marketing plan for the Campus Ambassador Program
 Work with existing resources to redesign and distribute promotional material
 Assist program director with admissions forum – help secure speakers and plan activities for potential
Sauder students

Required Skills & Characteristics


 Experience with design programs (Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
 Creative; eye for design
 Desire to engage with potential students
