After logging in your account, you can view multi-functions:
1. My details: where you can access your personal information and change your
mobile number/email
2. My coverage: where you can view your benefits and coverage
3. My network: where you can view the list of entitled providers in any region
4. Claim history: where you can view the submitted claims details
5. Preauth history: where you can view your pre-authorization requests
6. Certificate: where you can view and print certificate of membership to any
provider or to consulate (Note: for certificate of membership to consulate: if the name is not
matching your passport, submit your passport copy to Sabic.certificates@bupa.com.sa where a
dedicated team will process your request.

7. Submit reimbursement: where you can submit your reimbursement online
