Price: 38:00 per person for three courses and coffee.

To Start:
Butternut squash, orange & chestnut soup (v)

Quinoa, avocado, mizuna, beetroot & pumpkin seed salad (v)

Goose & pork rillettes, kohlrabi remoulade, winter pickles, sourdough toast
Whisky oak smoked salmon, orange, pomegranate & mizuna salad

Suffolk chorizo, fennel salami, winter pickles, olives, sourdough toast

The Main Event:

All served with goose fat roasted potatoes, honey roasted carrots & parsnips, spiced red cabbage

Crown of English Rose turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, bread sauce, winter greens & chestnuts
Beetroot, fennel & mixed nut roast, Bloody Mary sauce, olive oil roast potatoes & Jerusalem
artichokes (v)
Aged 8oz British sirloin, roasted shallots, watercress, chips, barnaise sauce
Pan fried sea bass, celeriac, smoked bacon, chicory & shallots
Hampshire venison & juniper suet pudding, butternut squash pure, winter greens & chestnuts

Figgy pudding, salted caramel ice cream

Bramley apple & cranberry crumble, custard
