Troubleshooting PDF printing on an

MFD

Problem: Unable to print a PDF (from a Windows PC) to the Canon MFD printer. Job
appears to be sent, but there is no output.
Solution: Print as Image
To Print as Image (on a PC running Windows XP), follow these steps:
1. In the print dialog, click on the Advanced button (lower left).

2. Check the box to Print as Image.

3. Click on OK, OK (again) to print. Enter your user code, if prompted.
