1Elementsoftheagreement
1.1Electronicsignature(Agreementonelectronicsignatureconsumers)
EnteringintothisagreementallowsyoutouseyourelectronicsignaturetosignagreementswithDanskeBankinexactlythe
samewayasifyouhadsignedthembyhand.
TheagreementgivesyouaccesstoselfserviceproductsofferedbyDanskeBankandenablesyoutosignagreementswith
DanskeBankelectronically.IfyouhavegivenyourconsenttotheexchangeofpersonaldatabetweenunitsintheDanskeBank
Group,youcanalsoenterintoagreementswithotherGroupcompaniesthroughDanskeeBankingiftheindividualcompanies
offerthisoption.
YouuseyourelectronicsignaturewithaNemIDorthebackupsolution.Beforeyouenterintothisagreement,youwillreceive
theRulesonNemIDdocument.ReadmoreabouttheNemIDrulesandthebackupsolutionin"Termsandconditionsfor

2Rightofcancellation
Undersection17oftheDanishConsumerAgreementAct,youmaycancelanagreementonafinancialservicewithin14days.
Generally,thecancellationperiodrunsfromthedayyoureceivetheserviceagreed,providedthatyoureceivetheinformation
youareentitledtoundertheConsumerAgreementAct,includinginformationaboutyourrightofcancellationandaboutthe
serviceyouhaveordered,onthesameday.Otherwise,thecancellationperiodrunsfromthedayyoureceivetheinformation.
Theinformationmustbegiveninwriting,forexampleonpaper,intheformofelectronicmailorinthelistofagreements
availableineBanking.
IfthelastdayofacancellationperiodfallsonaSaturday,aSunday,apublicholiday,5June,24Decemberor31December,you
mayexerciseyourrightofcancellationonthefollowingweekday.
Yourrightofcancellationwilllapsebeforeexpiryofthecancellationperiodifanagreementhasbeenfullycompletedbyboth
partiesatyourexpressrequest,forinstanceifafundstransferhasbeencompleted.

Whenthecancellationperiodhasexpired,agreementsmaybeterminatedinaccordancewiththeGeneralconditionsconsumers
andtheconditionsapplyingtotheindividualagreements.
Ifyouwanttocancelanagreement,justcallorwritetoyourbranch(byemailifyouprefer)beforethecancellationperiod
expires.Inaddition,youmustreturntheserviceyouhavereceived.

consumers.Signingthisagreementenablesmetouse
myelectronicsignature(Agreementonelectronicsignatureconsumers)
DanskeeBanking(AccessagreementDanskeeBankingconsumers)
IhavereceivedtheagreementinDanskeeBanking,anditwillappearinDanskeeBankinguponsigning.
