HelpfulTipsonUsingYourCertificate
Thereisnochargetoafilingorganizationforcertificates.
Certificatesmustbedownloadedwithin18daysafterreceivingtheemailsregardingtheissuanceofthe
certificates,oranewcertificatemustbeissued.
EachFilingEmployeewillreceiveonlyonecertificateregardlessofhowmanyfilingentitiestheyareauthorized
toactonbehalfof.
Certificatesarevalidforthreeyears.FilingEmployeesandAgentOfficialswillbenotifiedpriortothecertificates
expirationdate.
ApasswordmustbecreatedbytheFilingEmployeeandcannotbereset;theEmployeemustkeepthepassword
confidential;ifapasswordisforgotten,anewcertificatemustbeissued.
NewcertificatesmustbeissuedanytimeaFilingEmployeesnamechanges.Otherchanges(i.e.,newlocation,
emailaddress,phonenumber)canbemadewithouthavinganewcertificateissued.
TheAgentOfficialisobligatedtoreportanycompromisedcertificatesorpasswordsand/orrequestthatacertificate
berevokedwhenaFilingEmployeenolongerrequiresaccesstoEApps.
