Sourcing: There are primarily 6 Sources

Existing Database/Your own or Companys


Job boards- Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and CorptoCorp
Social Networking LinkedIn, Face book Blogs, twitter and Google
groups
Referrals/Networking From potential, submitted or placed Candidates
also from colleagues, friends.
Ads/Job postings- On Various Job boards, can be paid or unpaid
Head hunting- Techniques to be covered later.
Headhunting is going after a specific candidate without having his contact

Technical Evaluate against mandatory skills

Non Technical- Salary, Location (funda about mile radius search and zip codes),
