Jersey and Canyon Kelly

Mark,
I just got off the phone with Melissa who communicated that Michael Keough is no longer an approved
supervisor for my children and myself.
I am concerned with the welfare of my children. They have not been giving the parenting time they need and
deserve. It is unhealthy that they have been kept from having meaningful family relationships since under the
care of the Division and particularly since they have been placed with Linda and Allen Paulhamus.
I requested that the children NOT be placed with Linda and Allen Paulhamus, as Allen has beat my children in
the past. You still placed my children in their care and then my daughter told me that Allen spanks her and
Canyon. Jersey confirmed this to a DCP&P supervisor and STILL the children were allowed to stay in the care
of Linda and Allen Paulhamus.
I sent you an email requesting that my children's and myself's religious rights to be respected and not violated.
Our faith differs from Allen and Linda Paulhamus's faith. My and my children's religion does not agree with their
biblical teachings. I asked that my children be refrained from attending The Lighthouse Church. You have
continued to violate our religious beliefs as the children have continued to attend church with the Paulhamus'.
I expressed my unease with Linda Paulhamus' bigotry toward homosexuals. It is disturbing that Linda would
make a complaint against the only supervisor who was homosexual resulting in his termination from the
position.
Last, you have shown your approval process to be skewed as Linda Paulhamus was convicted of a felony gun
charge and received PTI and had a mental breakdown do to stress which she had to undertake countless
hours of mental therapy with a therapist. Raising two younger children and one with speech delay can be very
stressful. Yet you denied Yvonne Sullivan, a healthy, mentally stable, professional career woman for a DUI
from 10 years ago.
I want to express my disappointment in the Division's lack of advocating for Jersey and Canyon who are in your
custody.
I am currently enrolled in IOP and am clean. I love it and it saved my life after the Division unjustly removed my
children and I relapsed after 5 years clean.
I am fully committed to the reunification of me and my children and would like the Division's support.
When is the next team meeting?
You can contact me via email or at 609-889-6662.

Sincerely,
Kevin Kelly
